Business Analyst

Who you are?

By now, you have attained a detailed understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (AR, AP, GL, Invoicing); Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment); Revenue Management and Support (Case Management) from any ERP perspective, as well as from an Industry Domain perspective.

You are leading various aspects of a Project, from project meetings & scrums to design sessions to problem resolution sessions to business UAT. You are good at Client interaction, requirement understanding, consulting and documenting of all those discussions and requirements.

You are a certified consultant in any of the product or technologies. And should have managed a team of 2-4 members. You can effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.

What you will do?

Manage and prioritize ongoing support requests; Work with Netsuite support in troubleshooting issues

Participate in systems implementation projects (i.e. requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation and execution, issue identification and resolution).

The individual will work closely with all users globally to help with reporting, administration and Implementation to the Netsuite ERP platform.

As required, Review Test Scenarios and Test Cases, providing input to specification.

Functional Testing - Extensively test new functionalities delivered by the Development team before their delivery, report issues and follow up on them until delivered functionalities reach the expected level of quality.

Escalate and follow-up on timely manner any and all issues that might be a blocker, issue deviation from SOPs etc.

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity. And can participate as a team member and foster teamwork by inter-group coordination within the team and enterprise.

Summary of Core Experience

6+ experience in Netsuite Administration, IT Analysis, Design and Implementation of complex, global Order Management, Product Provisioning and Billing solutions.

Effective oral communication, intending towards conflict resolution and relationship building and written communication, that is easy to read, comprehend and conveys the message.

Track record of successfully working with the business in defining and documenting requirements and performing in-depth functional, technical and financial analysis of alternative solutions

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and influencing skills. Alongwith effective working knowledge of Basic IT Applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

To work under minimum supervision and to comply with established procedures or as directed by the Manager.

Ability to gather business requirements and present to developers for solution design and also ensure that User Stories are prepared and updated during the whole development process in order to always reflect developments to be performed.

Ability to communicate ideas and expectations effectively by e-mail, phone, and in person while being Assertive, inquisitive, adoptive to change.
